The International TRIZ Association MATRIZ certification system for practitioners and specialists includes five levels. The first three (levels 1–3 TRIZ Practitioner) cover all the knowledge included in the official curriculum. Certificates at these levels confirm that the holder possesses the required knowledge and competencies according to MATRIZ standards and is certified as a TRIZ Practitioner.
This book is a collection of questions and answers designed to support preparation for the official certification exams of The International TRIZ Association MATRIZ, covering Levels 1–3. It can be helpful both for individuals preparing for the exams and for CEM Representatives accredited to create and administer tests.
The book has undergone expert review and is officially approved by the Council on Expertise and Methodology, which is an organizational unit within MATRIZ responsible for developing and implementing the policies regarding the expert evaluation of TRIZ methodological materials and publications, as well as overseeing Level 1-3 certification and accreditation processes.
