Cookies policy

Information regarding the nature and use of cookies on the Novismo Academy sp. z o.o. website.

 

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files sent to the end-user’s device while visiting a website. Cookies contain, among other things, the address of the website they originate from, user settings regarding page layout, text size, colors, high-contrast versions, and data entered into forms. The cookie mechanism does not collect any personal data or confidential information from the end-user’s device.

Cookies enable the personalized use of a given website. Thanks to them, the site:

  • displays appropriate navigation settings;
  • ensures overall browsing comfort;

Server logs

  • time of response dispatch,
  • client station name – identification performed via the HTTP protocol,
  • information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
  • information about the user’s browser,
  • login country,
  • operating system,
  • browser type,
  • IP address information,
  • geographic location of the device during the connection to the site or mobile application,
  • URL of the previously visited page (referrer link) – if the Service was accessed via a link.

The above data is used solely for server administration purposes and is not associated with specific individuals browsing the site.

Collected logs are stored for a period of three months and serve as auxiliary material used for website administration. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone other than those authorized to administer the server.

This Privacy Policy applies to data processing by Novismo Academy sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Domaniewska 37/2.43 (“Controller”), regarding the website www.novismo.academy/contact-us and the service www.novismo.academy. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be contacted by sending a letter to the company’s address above with the annotation “IOD” or via email at office@novismo.academy.

 

Policy Changes

Novismo Academy sp. z o.o. reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy applies to all persons visiting the website. Questions and concerns regarding this Privacy Policy may be submitted via the contact form. In the event of a law violation or an audit by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (GIODO), data may be shared with authorized persons.
